  • Wines are oaked in French oak chips, not barrels.
  • White grapes are crushed and the skins pressed off immediately.
  • Red grapes ferment in their skins to give the juice added color and flavor.
  • Long Lick Farm currently has 7.5 acres of the following vinifera on the ground.
